Frantic Naturalist Tours and Safaris offers small group, tailor-made tours in Namibia's desert and wildlife areas.  We structure our tours for those who share our passion for nature.

Travel is kept to a minimum, prolonging our stopovers to explore places of interest.  We provide an opportunity for you to experience nature at their your pace.  All our tours focus on giving a closer, more intimate experience of nature.

Namibia offers a diversity of nature type of experiences.  From Deserts (where our biggest focus is) to dry Savannas, Woodland and coastal lagoons; there are many different ecosystems to explore.

With a variety of destinations coastal vistas (Swakopmund and Walvis Bay,) to the teeming wildlife destination, Etosha to Sossusvlei and the Namib Sand Sea, there is something of interest for everyone with an interest in nature.  Namibia is a country which lends itself to birding safaris, photography, geology, astronomy, special interests in plants, mammals, reptiles, desert ecology and  the general nature enthusiast!

Join us in...

...Observing the natural wonders of the desert at Sossusvlei.  Highlights include the kaleidoscope of colours produced by the huge dunes.

...Taking game drives in Etosha.  Combine high profile wildlife viewing with more specialist aspects of wildlife such as birding and flora.  Etosha is a haven for naturalists.

...Discovering the secrets of the coast region surrounding Swakopmund and Walvis Bay.  Day tour options include birding at coastal wetlands, a visit to a fur seal colony and a lot more.
